SharpMart Store Policies

We want our customers to be happy because Sharp Shoppers should be satisfied customers.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy to give you a chance to bring back your items and we will provide a full refund or store credit as follows:

  • Days 1-10: SharpMart will allow returns for a full refund back to the method of payment used.
  • Days 11-30: SharpMart will issue a store credit for the full purchase price of the item.

Return Requirements: Return merchandise must be salable condition (including accessories) with a SharpMart receipt.

Restocking Fee: There is a 25% restocking fee for new firearms that are returned. Refund Exceptions: Motorized scooters and ATVs may not be returned for a refund.

Layaway Policy

Customers may use our layaway program for all purchases:

  • The layaway is subject to the terms and conditions of the layaway agreement.
  • A 10% non-refundable deposit (of the total purchase price including sales tax) is required to start a layaway.
  • A minimum payment of 10% of the purchase price will be due every month (starting one month from the date the layaway is started).
  • There are no refunds on any amounts paid on a layaway. *Customers who wish to purchase a different product will be given a store credit for all the amounts paid less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
  • *The layaway will be canceled and all money forfeited if no payments are made for 60 days.

Special Order Policy

We will special order a product as follows:

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit (of the total purchase price with sales tax) is required to place an order.
  • When the merchandise is delivered to the store, the customer can pay the balance or choose to place it into layaway. (Subject to the layaway terms.)
  • Once the order has been accepted by our vendor, there are no refunds of the deposit. A refund will be issued when a product is no longer available for order.
